Default b16a leak, need opinions

Hey everyone I have a b16a in my 94 civic and it has started to leak oil. I have looked it up and people have said that it could be a number of things like the cam seal, vtec solenoid gaskets or the valve cover gasket. I'm trying to narrow it down to what it could be and if you could give your opinion on what you think it looks like it would be. Here are some pictures and thanks for any input you give.

I would clean it up and start looking with a clean plate for that leak

Mine looks the same on my b16a, and I thank it's my cam seal. And that was after I had cleaned it once. But if it's not the cam seal for you, post it for me.

Wipe your finger where the bottom of the distributor meets the head. Is there oil on your finger?

Three possible things:

1. Cam seal plug
2. Distributor
3. VTEC solenoid

My guess is #1.

Spray some engine degreaser and clean that engine up. It is a PITA to do so when the oil is all caked up down the line.
