lsvtec versus gsr

Default lsvtec versus gsr

I just got a ej1 with a b18b block gsr tranny and gsr head and was wondering what's the better motor mine or a stock gsr or is there even a differance?

I just want to know if there is even a difference about doing lsvtec using a gsr head and tranny then just putting in a gsr

Ls-vtec is cheaper then buying a full gsr swap and can produce just as much power, but if built wrong is less reliable. If built right they are good motors.
