Exhaust Question.
Hey guys, im pretty much looking for an good exhaust system
its just that i cant seem to find the right one for me
they all seem very loud.. My plans for the future are, going turbo for sure
so i need the right size exhaust but i dont want it too be loud you know, i want a "soft" deep tone, somewhat like this but a little more quiet, any suggestions?
Thanks

Re: Exhaust Question.
After your last thread I can tell you right now nothing is "for sure"
Leave your car alone until you really decide on your performance mods. At this point you're just doing an exhaust to sound cool. Until you're actually turbocharged or swapped or whatever you decide to do in the next 15 minutes you need to stop.
Do your suspension/wheels if you haven't already. Find your local SCCA website and learn how to get started in autocross. It's more fun than you'll ever have street racing as you're said you intend to do. Something very looked down upon all across this website.
The guys suggestion exhausts, do you even know what engine the guy has?
Putting a 3" exhaust on a d-series will just make it a loud d-series, not a faster d-series. The OP is all over the place with his car goals, as most 18 year olds getting their first civic are.
I've already said you should make sure the car is reliable, take care of the suspension/brakes first.

Bro why are you thinking im like most 18 year olds ****ing up their civics? you know for a fact that im the guy with a civic, with a loud *** muffler n all that shyt? bragging about the car while its running 14-15s 1/4?
I aint NOTHING like these guys man i dont like to brag about my car, which is why i wanna keep it a somewhat like a sleeper
i just want it to be build correctly, and getting prepared for the future.. i aint doing nothing to the b16 yet until i am sure what to do and till my plans have been worked out. sure i'll make mistakes and if i do i wont give a shyt i'll learn and do it right the next time, if i take a too loud muffler by accident i'll resell and buy a new one. simple as that but i am just here to find some help i'll definetly need and im grateful for the advice/info you've gave me but dont start going that way.. please
