Thank you James at BMC RACE!!
After everything i have been going through this year, with big companies and dealers giving me endless lies and the run around. From issues to way excessive wait times. James contacted me by phone and asked me to send my manifold so he can do a revision to my plenum. I was a little hesitant as the numerous bs i been through this year, but i put my trust in him. Never did i contact him once. He contacted me this whole week to let me know that he recieved it, he inspected it. He then contacted me to ask me options and advice for me, he called me yesterday and told me he's got it finished and headed to the ups to send it, and then contacted me with the tracking and ETA. And i sent it to him this last tuesday.
WOW!! What a great guy and company and he stands behind his work and wants to please the honda community! His Girlfriend even texted me to let me know he was within one hour of finishing. Tell her thanks too James.
Another reason why I brought this up as how bothered i am with reading different members on our forum that will come on here and bash helpfull and honest companies willing to help our scene even if the problem was already in process to be fixed?? Really guys???. This is all we have! We need to support, nothing is bulletproof or be all end all problems. But when you have companies like James willing to go above and beyond taking his time to improve the quality of his product, it means alot to me! and your screwing it up for all of us, let me say that again.... your screwing all of us.
To you guys bashing and i know who you are as i been watching and monitering you... words of advice, big companies read these forums and if they see your rant and raves other than trying to solve it in a mature way. They will steer clear of helping you or sponsoring you in any way!
Remember this a violation of H-t so please keep it to a phone call or a pm.

Without Honda-Tech and the honest posts from forum members, we wouldnt know which parts are good and which parts are junk. Not only that, we wouldnt know which manufacturers are willing to stand behind their products when something goes wrong. This situation shows that BMC Race is here to stay, unlike many other companies that take your money and tell you to pound sand when **** goes wrong.
I tell everyone what parts break on our cars, regardless of who makes them, and what I think caused it. I'm not into drag racing for sponsorship or free parts, I'm in to have fun doing what I love. If my comments cause manufacturers to not support this industry, then good riddance to them, that makes room for someone else to step up.

good to see companies like BMC in the industry making top notch products and providing top notch customer service. BMC is good people for sure.

There are always improvement to be made, even after having made the same parts time after time for a few years, there is always another level you can take it too.
We don't always have the fastest turn around time. But for what we lack in that department we are trying to make up for in the customer service department.
For those who don't know BMCRace (Boerner Manufacturing Company) is a small family owned and operated business comprising of 4 individuals:
Sam and Gretchen Goertz (my parents, owners, programmer and master machinist)
Louzee (my girlfriend, cnc operator and collector cutter),
I/James, the son, intake designer, and fabricator.
Each and every one of us strive to do our best every time.
Thanks again for the continue support. We are here to stay, and we will always be striving to bring bigger and better products to the table at a affordable cost.
