I don't know much about this turbo, I acquired it in a recent motor swap and have found myself not in need of it.
Here's the deal, I'm going out of town on Monday for 3 weeks to a month, and I'm going to be busy until then, so I don't want to make this a huge hassle.
The center shaft spins freely and without any scrape or drag.
What I want is a p28 ecu so my mini-me 95 civic can run correctly, either that or $100 so I can just buy one. Either way is fine. I don't want to trade for any other part, so please don't ask if I want a stereo or an exhaust or anything like that.
I am in Quantico, Virginia. I don't have time to drive anywhere far outside the area before I leave.
