Turbo Rebuilds in South FL

I'm looking for a place that does good (and inexpensive) rebuilds for Garrett (mine is a T3) turbos in south florida. any suggestions and prices?

the thing is i'm not quite sure if i want to rebuild this turbo. since it's kinda temporary. Withing a month or 2 i want to upgrade to a small t3/t04b maybe a 50 trim or so. so I don't know if this turbo is worht rebuilding or not. it has noticeable shaft play, but it spins freely and smoothly... ah... confusion
