Manual transmission fluid
I have been reading up on this and i cannot get a streight answer. Does anyone kno if royal purple mtl is better for your transmission than oem honda mtf. And i dont just mean for now im talking about miles down the road too. Can i expect the same or longer life out of my tranny with royal purple?
Just any 10w30 oil will suffice? I have heard that this breaks down quickly and causes Premature wear. Or does every mtf do this after so long? If so which is better regular motor oil or specific honda fluid. And i have also read that sycromesh is much nicer and better for the trans then regular oil. Is this true? Just trying to clear this up. There is much debate
near stock street tranny, Supertech or any other 10w30 works just fine. Unless you wanna spend you money on Synchromesh. Most an't tell the difference from the drivers seat.
Placebo effect?
