fuelab has a nice 6 micron e85 compatible filter that goes nice up by the rail. B&R will hook you up, give him a call.

We use 75 micron fuel lab fuel filters pre pump, and at the fuel rail we use 6 micron fuel lab filter. The 6 micron fuel lab filter is a micro fiberglass element, not stainless steel. The smallest micron that Aeromotive makes in SS is a 40 micron. However, I wouldn't recommend this filter post pump. It simply doesn't filter enough.

Stock intank pumps and after market fuel pumps like a walbro use a 35 micron filter sock, then the stock fuel filter is 6 or 8 micron right before the rail.

I'm not running yet but I went with russel stainless element I think 40 micron pre pump and the fuel lab 6 micron filter pre rail. I wana say the russel filters were $40-50 a piece and the fuel lab filter was $117ish

How are the paper elements holding up for any guys running E85? Fuelab says the paper elements are E85 compatible... I'm just assuming they need to be changed more often to prevent the chance of breakdown. Anyone have experience with this?

I recommend no bigger than 10 micron after the pump. It doesn't take much at all to clog an injector. The bigger the number the more trash will pass through it.

Anyone know of any filters with -6AN male fittings compatible with E85 and less than 10 microns? I can't find anything on Summit. You guys kind of have me worried now, I've been using one of the Russel filters daily driving it for about 750 miles so far no issues but its only 40 microns, figured that was enough, guess I was wrong. Using a drop in walbro 255 pump.
