Default I need help fixing a code 41.

OBD1 D16z6, OEM P28 ecu.
Car has been running great for the past 3 months with no CEL issues.

I was going down the road after being on the interstate for about 15 minutes and my car gives me a CEL. I flip my switch and it throws about 5 different codes.
6, 10, 20, 22, 41.
Car is still driving normal, no power loss to speak of, and no skipping or anything weird. I pull over and pull the ecu fuse. I checked all ground and all are in tact, especially the thermostat housing ground.

Now it is only throwing a code 41. I replaced the o2 with a known working o2 from my friends car and it is still throwing the code. I checked my wiring and there are no issues with it.

What could it be?

Could be bad ecu. Grab yourself a 5 dollar 02 simulator, wire that bad boy in and see if the CEL clears.

Did you change it and reset the ecu properly?
