Default CEL code 41

I bought an ecu off a guy to replace my p75-a51 and got a p75-a01 and now there is a CEL code 41. I put back in the original p75-a51 and the CEL went away but the other one it comes back on. So my question is, can i drive it safely? The p75-a51 use to be tuned for a turbo car so thats why i bought another stock ls one.

41 being o2. im willing to bet is was disabled as when tuned the car runs of the chip(tune) vs the actual o2 as far as AFR/fuell reading goes irrc.

grab a new o2 and try it with both ECU's
