I want to build my B18c5 Block for turbo -- Any suggestions?
I am going to take apart the motor for the winter due to drivers license issues.
Its a 2001 B18c5 15k hard vtec filled miles
It is stock except for a STR Blockguard
The main thing i want to do is get low compression pistons so i no longer have to rely on my cometic gasket
What else should i upgrade
I know it will be costly but i would like to keep some stock parts where they will be sufficent.
My question concerns what items as far as a B18C5 block are prone to failure under boost such as rods, bearings, crank and so on
if i can get away with just changing the pistons and say upgrading the bearings and keeping the stock rods and crank i will do that
Any suggestions and help are greatly appericated

Keep the stock crank, get some good pistons, eagle rods, new bearings, seals, etc.. and a set of cams and you should be good to go, except for your fuel setup.
well i have a set of 9:1 compression ratio pistons for you
they are brand new for a a B18C1 but will work in your application.
they are JE Pistons brand new in the box
$450.00
