Default Well I was about to install my new 02 sensor on my 99 DX-VP, but

I took the heat shield off & found the manifold cracked
Sucks! I did a search & I guess it's a common problem. Anyone recommend a good welder that's done these before in the Sacramento - Roseville/Rocklin area???

Is it the B-pipe that is craked or the "headers" thats craked?
you can do a few things
1. Just get a new manifold
2. Hit up Pick N Pull off sunrise or stockton..
3. head over to Muffler tech and Brake 6160 florin road. 916-421-0399

They might be able to weld you up!

How much did u pay for the used one? Did they have it on the shelf or did u have to pull it yourself?

There's a recall on it I believe. Honda will replace it if your car has under 150,000 miles. That's what happened a few years back on my 98 DX....doesn't hurt trying.
