Hello,
My car is a '97 Prelude SH with a JDM H22A swap and a 5spd

I have recently replaced my gearbox and took the new one apart and then put it back together. Put the motor in the car and fired it up 1st,2nd,3rd,4th gears work fine.

5th gear and reverse will not go in, shifter moves to the right side but will move only a little forward or back. like there is something blocking it. this happens with the car on or off.

I took the shifter assembly apart, above the gearbox and touched a few stuff in there, now the shifter will go into reverse and 5th gear but both are forward gears

When I put the tot shifter assembly thing back on the gearbox it won't go into reverse or 5th again.

I really do not want to remove my motor again to take the gearbox apart.
Please help!!
