Looks like the asshat went in the turn too hot and didn't try to ride it out. Luckily your bike didn't flip when it hit the dirt.

I was on the raceline, mirrors were on due to lazyness, just taped up. He was just trying to pass in the wrong place and didn't have enough speed for it
