I'm just wondering if the OEM Double DIN navigation unit is a straight swap, particularly the one found in the Jazz/Fit. Here is a picture of it:



The name is the "Honda’s Hard Disk Drive Navigation System", you can see it on page 8 of this Jazz Accessory Catalogue:
