Electriscal issue, motor shuts off for a second while driving
So ive had major electrical issues with my car, Its a 98 civic ex with a b16a swap running a jumper harness to a p30 Ecu. Last month the motor would start bucking and doing crazy **** because water had go onto the jumper harness and engine harness where the pins are.
I had a local top notch shop replace the engine harness and the jumper harness awhile back. Got the car back and ran great untill i was vacuuming and checking outn the engine harnes/jumper harness got moving stuff around and i may have made a pin lose. Cause now the car will run good then randomly the motor will just die then come back alive and buck. I keep the ecu under the passenger side carpet so i pulled it back and watched while driving to make sure it wasnt moving around to much and it wasn't. Most of the time it will happen after i make a left hand turn..
What wires should I mainly look at on the engine harness, Like color wise for just motor function?

Check the main harness ground on the thermostat housing. Other than that it would be impossible to diagnose over the web.
I need to know what Color Wires run the Motor so I can check my engine harness where it connects to the JUmper Harness to make sure it's all good. I will check all my grounds again tho.
I had a different harness then the d16y8 it was a HX but it was wired right so i was left with 2 plugs that werent in use and i thought they got wet from driving in the rain and getting wicked road spray so i taped them up so they couldnt get wet but that wasn't the issue.
I had ziped tied all the wires together to make it look clean and ziped my ecu to my stero system power wire so it wouldnt move its laying on the passenger side floor. and it started running like **** mostly after going around a turn like with turning it was tugging on a wire...
I cut all the zip ties and it doesnt do it as much anymore so im pretty stumped. I'm having a hard time narrowing it down to one thing..

Just checked the ground to the thermosat, Was tight, i took it off and took a metal brush to it to make sure it had a good contact area along with the thermosat housing its self.
Also checked over all the grounds, I have one going to the tranny to frame, one going to the T/B, one from battery to frame, Valve cover to frame.
Should know later if it was the issue when i take it for a drive.
