Need help with Oil Pump/Balancer shaft installation
Does anyone know the correct order in which the balancer shaft/seals/oil pump assembly goes back on to an F22A1? All charts, diagrams, exploded views I have found do a great job explaining what goes where AFTER the oil pump is already on and the balancer shafts are already in place, but I cannot find a thing to help me get it right before that point. Any help would be very greatly appreciated!! Thanks......
The only thing required before all those steps is sliding the balance shafts into the block and installing the front shaft retainer.

Then instal the oil pump gasket, remember to apply liquid gasket (honda bond/RTV sealant) to the gasket.

Thanks! It's odd that the old oil pump has the remenants of a gasket, my crankcase gasket kit did not come with one for the oil pump, and the Honda dealer does not call one out. Just the two rubber gaskets (one small and round, the other larger and somewhat rectangular). Logic tells me there has to be a gasket. Any thoughts??
Honda Part No. 06111-PT1-000 - Cylinder block gasket kit. Comes with the oil pump gasket, oil pan gasket and water pump gasket. Along with the balance shaft gear housing O-ring and the rubber seal for the side of the water pump.

Thanks so much for your help! This 5 month project just might be coming to a happy ending. If only I could find a cheap used auto trans.........
Update....there is no oil pump gasket! O-rings, yes, but a gasket which goes in between the pump mounting surfaces and the crankcase...no! The kit which is referenced (which I purchased...needed it anyway) does not have one, and the dealer does not call out one. The pic in the above post is a rendering of the oil pump mounting surface (where it mates to the crankcase) and where you should apply liquid gasket. Even though it looks like a picture of the gasket, it isn't. Still, kind regards and many thanks for everyone's help with this project. Lord knows I'll likely be asking for more help!
