Default LSD poll

I'm in the process of building up my transmission and want some input of what you guys think is a formidable lsd upgrade.

I plan on running a fidanza flywheel with a exceedy organic clutch and ats final drive.

stock ITR is fine for street use, and even light autox or road course racing. If you are more hardcore, Id go with one of the aftermarket ones.

the clutch type will help with much less torque steer with goign tight ratio ... I personally use the KAAZ cause oyu cant go wrong for $750 for LSd and 2 cans of expensive *** gearoil, but the cusco, ATS, Mugen, Spoon, etc are all clutch-type.

There is way too much torque steer with tight final drive b16a/type r gearing with just a type R lsd.

I'm running a Quaife now and am happy with it. At some point, I think curiousity will get the better of me and I'll buy a clutch-type LSD just so I will finally know how they compare.

I'll likely buy the ATS type D20 whenever that happens.

I prefer blotter LSD. You can find it as USDM or JDM

I'll second that! The ITR LSD is a nice factory unit. But I've been very impressed with every Quaife-equipped car I've driven. A must for STX cars IMO. I would love to have one for my ITR on the track! $$$ keep it just out of reach.

Would you even notice the difference doing a burnout? I think the big difference would be the steering feel and grip in the corners.
