I have a 95' 4 cylinder 2.4L Accord with about 200k miles. There are two problems with it:
1) It vibrates badly at stop sign, but it goes away if I put the gear on Neutral or press gas a little bit while I press break.
2) It jerks when shifts gear.
I will appreciate any questions and suggestions.

 

That's what the transmissions on these old cars do.

 

You could replace the rear motor mount, and sometimes a couple flushes with high quality fluid will cure auto tranny hard shifts.

 

My '98 4 cylinder Accord used to have that heavy vibration at a stop that would go away with just a bit of gas applied. Replacing the plugs and wires fixed it for me. I would start there.

 

a K24 swap with 200k miles one it... or a 2.2L?

 

i know its a 2.2 cuz chances are if you did a k24 swap u would be smart enough to figure this out

 

Motor mounts are what I'd check first, probably rear and transmission ones.
