got a couple question. has any one here done the swap from the f23a1 to the K23a1 from the rdx. if so how much did it wind up costing, is it worth it to do it. and if anyone has done it how are you liking it. some one mentioned it and wanted to see how realistic it is cause im sure it would hella expensive. thanks for any help.

 

I have, it bolts right in, no issues at all. plug & play!

 

i don't think i've seen a K-series of any type in a 6th gen accord yet.

Hasport sells kits for '90-'93 and '94-'97 accords for ~$500. but i don't think that will work in a 6th gen.

it could be done with some custom fabrication. i know that there is enough room in the engine bay... but getting it to bolt in is only step one. you've still got to get it to run.

 

The K series and transmission which rotate clockwise, are flipped engine/transmission, rather than counter-clockwise rotation of F/H series transmission/engine, is a bolt in swap?
