Icon6 My eg build finally ready to start

Well Im finally ready to begin with my project, is been over 2 years since I started this project, but because of school (in other words I was broke) I could not begin this. And I want to share this build with other fellow honda lovers. At first I was going to build the engine and install a turbo kit, but then I realized that the car needed new paint. I was able to get a few suspension parts and a good set of tires since I needed them.
Here are some pics I took with my phone that show the progress so far

Here is the car when I first got it.

With 17's

The rear disc conversion

I got a good deal on a front and rear sway bar and ASR subframe

I painted the valve cover with the wrinckle VHT paint and it came out
nice

A nice set of 15's that needed new rubber bad

New exhaust

At the shop when I installed the ws2 exhaust

This is how it looked a month ago

Before I started to remove everything to take the car to the paint shop,
I removed the old radiator support and installed the oem one.

After I removed engine and transmission

Stripped off the interior

I decided to replace the clutch with exedy stage 1 and fidanza flywheel

Ready to take it to the shop

I will upload more pics showing the progress. I still dont know what color I want. I would like to paint it milano red or roma red, but I am still thinking about it.

Always loved EBP on EG hatches, also cant go wrong with a nice black. Either way nice progress, I was worried when I saw the 17's but it got better.

About a year ago I tried to tow the car and the support bent, so
I bought a cheapo one to fix it fast, It was the taiwanese one, not the oem.
I was going to paint it like that but I saw the oem for sale on craigslist
and I got it, I prefer to have the oem.

I was able to put everything back in the car and also I got some goodies

I gave away my cold air intake and forgot to buy one so I used a vacuum filter hehe
and used it like that just to take the car home

The new intake

While I was working on it I discover that the intake manifold had a crack
so I got a skunk2 intake on craigslist with a Hondata gasket but they did not fit
because they are for a b16, the guy told me it was for the gsr and stupid me I did not check it until I was going to install it..so now I have an skunk2 mani for sale with Hondata gasket

Si I decided to get a new Intake and got the skunk2 mani

I also got the duckbill

a new shift ****

Before

After

This is how it looks as of today

I want to drop it because I dnt like the way it sits right now but I dnt know what to get.
I currently have the tokico blues and they are nice I like how they ride but I want to drop it more. I also want to be able to adjust the height, I dnt take the car to the track, but once in a while would be nice. Since the car is my DD I want something that is not bouncy or too stiff. I was thinking Function and Form Type 1's since I have read good things about them what do you guys think? your input would be appreciate it thanks

nice
a buddy of mine like his type1's over the koni/gc setup.
if your tight on cash, look at the progress cs-II. im running that right now and i love it. not too stiff. not soft at all. and it cost about 600 shipped.
look in the sponsors marketplace.

Good job and very clean

This color is very nice when brand new !

Your car will be perfect a bit lower and with a SiR front lip.
