Devices: Autolock Pro
Unbreakable Car Bar (by the makers of the Autolock)
Clifford Alarm
I was thinking of getting a CLUB too just to make things even harder for them what you think?
I need to learn how to wire a kill switch also so if anyone can help me out on that i would appreciate it.
If anyone has any questions about anything i will be more then happy to answer them.
reason for doing this is because i work at a mall and this is my daily driver until i get my beater up and running. i hate parking it at the mall but i have to

whats going to stop the tow truck?
whats going to stop the tow truck?
Just make sure your insurance will cover the parts on your car.
Don't get too worked up trying to stop them, because that will only lead to more frustration later when it gets stolen.
If your car is ever left unattended, it can be stolen.
whats going to stop the tow truck?
Nothing.

That autolock and club-like stuff will barely even slow down a thief....
If you've noticed, it's been thieves of the fairly professional variety that have been taking our cars, not joyriders, or crack heads. So the stuff you have is a good start, but you will certainly need a few unseen layers to really slow down someone who is not equipped with a tow truck.
Cheese~

NOTICE that the steering wheel is locked in the picture and i will do this whenever i park it.
The bottom line is you guys have to realize that you cannot stop a professional thief from taking your car if he/she really wants it. There's no point arguing about it, you have to face the facts.
Just make sure your insurance will take care of you in the event of a theft and enjoy the car while you have it. There is no sense worrying about something you cannot control.

This does not help at all when your car is towed.

It's just a matter of personal preference on how much trouble and inconvenience you are willing to undergo in order to impove your chances. If you have a defeatist attitude, then you might as well leave your car unlocked with the key in the ignition, because any thief can defeat those. Why bother?
So everyone should just figure out what kind of effective security they can put on their car within reasonable convenience and leave it at that.
I hate to ruin the fun, but the autolock can be "taken out" in seconds. There is a device made which will rip it off no problem. I decided not to post it here, for obvious reasons. Lets just say it's out there, and it's ~100.
Seeing this made me reconsider using the autolocks...
This weekend I put in a nice 250w halogen motion sensor light(180°). It may or may not help, but since my prelude is occupying my garage for the next month or 2, so the R will be in plain sight. I also have some other ideas i'm tossing around in my head.... I block the car in with another, but we all know that doesn't work if they're coming to get it.

i love that UNbreakable car bar! where did you get it?
i may swap that out for the club that I have

I found out for the brake pedal, 11 clicks is for the tightest fit to secure the brake pedal
-Aoib0t, who dual autolocks his car as well.

I always bolt up the car,and still I worry because nothing will stop a persistant thief.
