Default D16a6 Block and a d16a1 dohc head

i have a d16a6 block and i can get a d16a1 head for almost pennies. the plan is to use a block guard and put new eagle rods and eagle crank and new cnc macined pistons and turbo it. what to i have to do to make the head and block to mate, by the way this is going into a 88awdrt wagon thats why i am sticking to the dseries. and possily i might get adjustable cam gears but that is not a for sure thing.

Thnak s for your help
