How can I repair stripped headbolt holes on d15b7 block

Tap the block and use a stud from ARP.

heilcoil not good for this use. timesert MAYBE, but bently is right. and for the love of christ, take the head off first.

Excellent point on removing the head, probably a great time for it to be resurfaced, headgasket change and the head jet washed.
