yeah they are forsure. I hope we can get atleast a few out of staters so then their can be possible future races here and more in the middle of the states so easier for both east and west coast to come and the south

i think if idrc tries to come back like they used to its gonna be like how NOPI and NHRA battled it out for attendance. And right now, IFO has a running head start.

I disagree. Locally, most places dont have that many events. Just because IFO has it all over the place doesnt mean theres alot in a certain region. Its spread out that IFO only comes 1-2 times to a certain group of spectators.

but you could say the same about NHRA if not less. They would only hit tracks once a season and call it a day. IFO frequency seems a little better and more consistant dont you think. i mean you dont see them bouncing off the radar completely like IDRC did for a bit holding like 3 races a year and only in california.

Look at it this way. IDRC has an event in CO. IFO doesnt and their closest one is KS and OK.

Same thing with IFO in Fontana, CA. They have it once a year there and IDRC has 2 in Fontana. I highly doubt people dont want those races to come. 1-3 events spread out in 12 months time isnt going to affect spectators count.

IF you wanna race and watch racing, having 1 more event to go to isnt going to affect spectator count and racer count. Thats the point I was trying to make. So welcome more events because you never know what will come back next year. Many of you are lucky to even have tracks open all year round. We have to wait for an event to actually get to even test our cars here in CA.

yeah the last time we had a actual event was an IDRC and that was back in 2005. ever since then we have only had local events and gets kinda boring racjing the same few cars/people. we all want more people to show up which makes more events across the states per year

Hopefully Jj Olson and Brent Levistad uses that day to shakedown and fine tune their PROFWD cars. Someone take pics or shoot video to see how they do...........in the local Colorado area.

no doubt i welcome it for sure. I was just saying for idrc to make a come back and have the series they use to it may be hard with IFO dominating right now.

Id love to have both IFO and IDRC.

Problem we had with IFO, was Bandimere wanted too much money to rent the track, so IFO took it to Pueblo. No one want to drive to Pueblo to race. Were spoiled with a top notch facility thats smack dab in the middle (Bandimere). So the turnout just wasnt enough, and no one came. So IFO hasnt returned.

Looks like IDRC put up the cash to get Bandimere, and they will get a great turnout regardless.

I dont care which venue holds the event, Ill be there if I can. Ill for sure be there June 5th.

you say several years like they had an extended visit there. It was only like 3 years. Only reason i remember that is cause that was back when i ran with PFI. in 04 Bill from pfi raced Pen-mynuts-man from utah and lost. then in 05 if memory serves me correctly cortney green won then 06 Chris lucarelli won from PFI. I dont remember them going in 07. I may be wrong but they really didnt give bandimere a bang of attention is my point.

Off topic, but NAYR ONE, will Brent be switching tuning software, or will he be running what he tested with first? And how's progress on the car so far? Any further dyno time yet?
