LA 1999 RED CIVIC SI

Background:
This is a 99 Si, that chad bought from another tech that used to work @ Audi.
We completely tore it down and its pretty much rebuilt it back up. The original motor did come with the car, however, it didn't have a rod bearing in cyl 4. We decided to do a mild LS/VTEC build and use the original USDM b16a2 tranny.
The car as it sits now, has no miles on the new motor. Its on jack stands because we just ordered new rotors and brakes all the way around that we are installing.
The Motor has gone through a full idle cycle and that's it. It will come with a stock SI ecu, but I'm going to tune the car before its sold, we are just offering the stock ecu with it, so the new owner will have it.

NEW LS Rods w/ ARP rod bolts
NEW LS Crank from Honda
NEW Bearings and thrust washers from Honda
We honed it and cleaned it...again, hasn't even been broke in yet.
Head:
PR3 head
Stock manifolds
full supertech valve train
stock b16a cams
Tranny:
Stock SI tranny
It has Ground control coil overs on the car now, and a apexi exhaust that original came with the car. It sounds fine..but we haven't even drove it, and just revved it a bit.
The car itself is fine, it has everything for AC, just needs to be charged.
New front bumper and grill from Honda as well as a new driver side fender and a passenger side fender. Both need to be painted but, that's about it.
Bad:
Needs paint and a bath.
Needs new tires
Needs a battery
Needs a radio
Car is a theft recovery from Houston, so it has a salvage title.
All in all, we are looking to get 5k for it, but its OBO.
