Icon2 Need help.. Coilover adjustment!

So ive been trying to set my ride height in the back to be more or less equal. However whenever i do so, if i come back check in a week or so, the right side tends to always be higher. At first I was counting the perches on the coilover sleeve to be even on both sides. Then i noticed as I even both sides out, the perches on the right side tends to be lower. The springs still have some movement if i twist it where as the other side it is firm. These coilovers are 4 or 5 months old. What may be the problem? Thanks in advance

Are you remembering to disconnect both swaybars and loosen all suspension bushing bolts before adjusting ride height?

Loosen, not disconnect, every single suspension bolt, then adjust ride height, then tighten the bushing bolts with the suspension loaded.

Disconnect the swaybars by simply removing one side of one endlink on each bar.

The point here is to remove all sources of tension in the suspension (allowing you to set the ride height where you want it) and then clock the bushing at the new height at the end.

why would you have to tighten it with suspension loaded for the coilovers? when i did my adjustments i just removed swaybar links, shock and hub bolt rotated to the adjustment and reinstalled. what bushing are you clocking btw?

upper control arms and rear trailing arms bushings should be clocked(they're the only 2 with a mounting bar that bolt up to the body). Most people don't do this and it's the reason why every trailing arm bushing on a lowered Honda is F'd!

Because that is the correct procedure for clocking the bushings, and it prevents damage to the bushings when changing ride height.
