Need help.. Coilover adjustment!
So ive been trying to set my ride height in the back to be more or less equal. However whenever i do so, if i come back check in a week or so, the right side tends to always be higher. At first I was counting the perches on the coilover sleeve to be even on both sides. Then i noticed as I even both sides out, the perches on the right side tends to be lower. The springs still have some movement if i twist it where as the other side it is firm. These coilovers are 4 or 5 months old. What may be the problem? Thanks in advance
Its progress CS-II coilovers. so not ebay specials...
Maybe thats why.. I did not disconnect them. what kind of suspension bushing bolts are we suppose to disconnect? Have i done any damage by not doing so? .. !!Thanks for the input TunerN00b !!

Disconnect the swaybars by simply removing one side of one endlink on each bar.
The point here is to remove all sources of tension in the suspension (allowing you to set the ride height where you want it) and then clock the bushing at the new height at the end.
Thanks alot! There is still one thing i dont get. I keep hearing you have to clock the bushing but what does it really mean? And how do i do so? Any special tools needed. Thanks again
Loosen, not disconnect, every single suspension bolt, then adjust ride height, then tighten the bushing bolts with the suspension loaded.

upper control arms and rear trailing arms bushings should be clocked(they're the only 2 with a mounting bar that bolt up to the body). Most people don't do this and it's the reason why every trailing arm bushing on a lowered Honda is F'd!
Because that is the correct procedure for clocking the bushings, and it prevents damage to the bushings when changing ride height.
