my car took a **** on the interstate 2 weeks ago
before it was realy sluggish and miss fired at low rpms

i changed the icm and dizzy
fixed some wiring issues

it cranks but dont start
and no spark
and code 15

and the black and yellow wire has power when key is on and when its crankin
the coil has power too
im pretty much out of ideas

id appreciate any help

its converted to obd1 with a p28 and a d16y8

 

Check to make sure all your wires are plugged in and not loose. I had no spark because my little tiny plug beneath the dizzy came slightly loose and wasn't making a connection....plugged it in and it fired..
