Default Oil in the intake side of cylinder head

Hey,

I have my brand new b20v up and running and it was burning oil and smoking a bit after break it. Compression test results are 250 in all four cylinders and when we did a leak down test all cylinders had between 0-2% leak down. Everything on this end seemed to be good so we pulled the exhaust/intake manifold off. Exhaust side was dry and the intake side had oil in it and cylinder number 4 seemed to have the most. The cylinder head was just reassembled with new everything including super tech valve seals and the motor has about 750km on it. I also have a catch can from the back of the block to a vented can. Does this sound like seals and if so what could cause them to go so quick?

The basic rundown of the set up is:
84.5mm JE 12.5:1 pistons
DNR ported GSR cylinder head
Supertech springs and retainers
Supertech .5mm oversized flat valves
Supertech valve seals
Skunk 2 pro 3's

if you are still running the oem pvc. This is normal especially on high comp engines that are revving high. The OEM pvc has a hard time seperating oil/gas vapor and sometimes recirculating liquid oil back into the intake manifold. correct me if i am wrong.
