nah they look fine, he just didnt clean them up at all, some 00 steel wool and some oil and they will look good as new, just clean them off with brake clean to get the steel wool off and then reoil them when your done. (make sure you use oil on the wool when cleaning as to not scratch them up bad)
As mentioned by another, they just need to be clean. I never got around to using them, took them out the box and I can admit to not storing them properly, but a simple cleaning and oiling and they'd LOOK as new as they are.
I do nothing BUT H's, I've walked away from B Series builds years ago, so I have no need for them.

dude, to be fair to the rest of the people on the board, they clearly have been used, they have cam journal score marks and all lol
Atleast clean up up man. Id pay 150 bucks more and buy some new ones that werent rusted, and i saw pics of laying in some nasty drain pan looking thing :/
They've NEVER...EVER Been ran. Nobody has access to my garage, my parts, my tools, NOTHING, nor am I an idiot, so I stand by my statement, and the fact that i've no need to lie.
As for 150 you can keep that, i'm not being low balled nor am I strapped for cash, you can't afford them and don't have the patience to clean them that's your loss, for the money you won't find a better cam in this good a shape and I know that. I LAID them in that drain pan because I needed to take pics really quickly while I was working. Truth be told if you're the type of person to bitch because of what a part was laying in when the pictures were taken then you're probably not the type of person to BUILD a motor to begin with.
Not trying to be a douche but Low ballers and guys who act like "Women" annoy me thoroughly, and as stated, cleaning them would take all of 5 minutes if not less, were I not in the process of handling a few customer builds perhaps I would but seeing as these are B-Series cams, i'm not pressed to get them spiffy, seriously, if your serious about making power, you'd be serious about buying em, end of story.
If it is just superficial surface rust then soak them in wood bleach (oxalic acid) and the rust will wash right off then wd-40 to preserve them. Good as new! It's an old BMX restro trick.

Buy it from Home Depot. Lowes or Ace hardware.

i had a brand new set of crane cams come in today that had a little rusting on the end, penetrating fluid on some steel wool, and rub it lightly and it comes right off.
I appreciate the 2 post prior, always can appreciate guys who knows what's what, it's just a matter of cleaning em. I have a growing stockpile of H-Series parts so i really need to get rid of these right now, NEW PRICE! $225+Shipping and you can take em! I need em gone ASAP!!
