Ok after a lady driving this jeep hits my car while it was parked I have no power steering, A/C and my instrument cluster is not working.Check fuses and everything seems ok. Any input as to what can cause this. Car was hit by the rear taillight

 

crushed a wire or caused a bad ground possibly. Or a short in the system

 

I was more thinking that it might be a ground but my factory deck,head lights, ect works.
