Default Electrical issue

Car is a 95 integra rs

Ive searched on here , team integra, google, everything with a bunch of people having the same prob but no solid answers

My cluster lights and climate control lights dont come on when i turn the headlights on
Ive tested the dlbc and it checks out fine
I swapped the headlight switch with a known good one and that didnt fix it
I checked and replaced every interior and under hood fuse just for the hell of it. Didnt fix it
My parking lights tail lights and everything else turn on and work like they should

If anyone has the schematic so i can test the power wire to the lighting for the cluster and climate control lights that would be great

If i cant figure out whats wrong im debating just giving that power wire a new power souce from somewhere so when the lights are on it will turn them back on too but i dont kno what wire supplies power to them

Any help is def appreciated

Pull the DLBC and unplug it, test the red/black lead for power, when park/headlights are on.94
