I'm helping a friend swap in. a h22 into his ek I been looking around but didn't find a straight answer do I use the stock dx harness add a resistor. box for the injectors and a chipped p28 ecu obd1 jumper harness? and wire vtec? or stay obd2 anyone know of a good site or have any links? thnx in advance

 

chipped p28, reuse existing harness and just splice in what you need. obd1 is where it's at. Tuning will be easier.

an obd1 H22 has Peak and Hold injectors stock, so yes a resistor box is needed. If you get 345cc saturaded injectors or Hi empedance then no resistor box will be needed... to simplify ya swap i would look for some saturaded injectors, if u got the funds have the p28 tuned for RC440's or something equivlant

what if the h22a is an obd2 but i am using a p13 ecu does it need a resistor box?
