Which relay is this?

Which relay is this?
Car is a 90 crx.
Noticed a bare wire, traced it down to this relay which was just shoved up in the wiring harness. Needing to know which relay it is and where the wires run to as they need to be replaced. It looks like the two black wires that lead into the pin got hot and melted or were fried?
Edit: Wires run up to the right side of the dash and are wrapped into another harness, ignition switch harness?
