no fuel to the rail
I have a 94 accord dx it has a new fuel pump, I already change the pgm fi relay and you can hear then both make noise but am still not getting any fuel to the rail. It also has a new fuel fitler and it doesnt seem like it has any wrong on the lines. PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!

Ok, you had to drop the tank to change the pump, so you checked replaced the gas.
How are you checking for fuel at the rail? Are you getting fuel to the inlet of the filter?

well drop the tank again and took a really good look at the pump at noticed that some dumb *** had put a universal fuel pump in it. So i replaced it with a oem pump and it started right up. I guess the other pump didnt have enough pressure.
