Default h22 drag header, dent in the oil pan?

I bought a private label h22 drag header in november. I can't get it installed without denting my oil pan a little where the exhuast pipe runs under the oil pan. Would this be a big deal? In all my years doing this, I have never ran across this problem. Thats what I get for getting a cheap header but I already have it and would like to use it. By eyeballing with the oil pan on since I have to do the oil pan gasket anyways, I can see that its gonna sit close to the windage tray. Also, since the dent isn't where the oil pickup is, I think I should be okay. Any thoughts?

Why on earth would you dent the oil pan to fit your header when you could just heat a section of the header and re-angle it?
