I've used them upto 55psi and they seem to hold up fine.. Will test them at 75psi soon.

weird, i was just going to start a thread about these when i logged on ht right now and then i saw this one. i plan to use these as well. supposedly the oring supplied is the wrong size or something? or maybe that was in the past? i found some old threads on here in the sponsor markeplace section saying the assemblies come with the wrong sized oring... not a big deal.

The oring supplied with the ones I installed on a car does not seem like the would seal very well. The ferrules are very loose when I assembled, plan on putting some thicker o-rings before the car gets on the dyno. Also the ferrules have some sort of coating on there that should be cleaned off before welding, found this out the hard way.

Yeah the coating is really stupid.. There's two ways to overcome that.

One is to use the concrete acid from home depot(purple stuff) and let it sit in there for a few minutes and you'll see the coating just bubble right off. The ferrules will then turn a dull gray but will weld just fine.

The other method is to just turn it down on a lathe to remove the coating and that works too..
