Default rims for 2002 accord EX 2door

I would like to know if i would need a camber kit if i put 215/45ZR/17's on a stock 2002 accord 2door. the stock rims and tires are 195/55R/16. i just want to make sure that the new rims dont rub against the wheel well or fender when the wheels are completely turned to one side.

You dont seem to understand what a camber kit is even used for. It used to correct suspension alignment, specifically camber, camber is the angle of the wheel perpendicular to the ground. Negative camber means the wheel "leans" towards the car, positive means its "pushing" away. A stock accord does not have a problem with negative camber from the factory. PLEASE look around, do some searches. The only condition that would make the scenario you describe result in the wheels rubbing is if the wheels and tires were too wide. Its not related to the camber.
