PICS: EF Front Bulkhead Replacement
Interested in how you did the work. What did you remove it with? I would assume you welded it back on. What setup are you using?

Yo! Thank You Sir! Working on getting the paint finished now.
Every spot weld is drilled through only the first layer...
Then an air-chisel is used to seperate the pieces...
Then we fit the new bulkhead by doing any metalwork needed for a factory fit.
Then measurments are taken multiple times to assure correct placement and the new OEM bulkhead gets welded in place.
By "setup" do you mean what welder?
Lincoln wire feed, 120V using .035 flux core. I need to get my bottle filled
to get on the gas and MiG.

what points did you measure to make sure the bulkhead was perfectly lined up and in spec? I have an ef myself that I just got back from a shop for a minor fender bender.
