Default help with vacuum line problem, B18 into 2000 civic

i am helping a friend of mine with a swap, he has a 2000 civic ex coupe and got a JDM B18 GSR swap. we are trying to find out where these 2 vacuum lines should be run to or if they are needed at all (picture below)

The one on the throttle is for the EVAP purge line, use the evap purge solenoid off the old engine, and run the line that would go to the manifold on his old engine to this spot.

The other one I am unfamiliar with, it may be the IAB vacuum control port, could also be cruise control.

For what its worth, I would get an aftermarket GSR flanged ITR style manifold, much simpler to install.

anyone else know? we also cant get the car to stay running without having to modify the throttle cable to keep the RPMs up and we suspect the vacuum lines to be part of the problem.

dunno about a gsr mani, but that little one looks like the cruise control nipple on an ex mani
