ej1 motor mounts h2b help!!
I traded my ef hatch for an ej1 with a h2b setup but the block got a hole in it so i traded the head for a ls motor car has gsr tranny and i got an ls wiring harness and ecu all i need to kno is do i hav to get new mounts before i do the swap, i hear h series and b series have the same mounts but im not too sure about this
I am almost 100% certain that the H series motors require different mounts because the block is longer than the B and D series motors. B and D series on the other hand use the same mounts, I am certain of that.

wanna sell your h2b?
The QSD h2b kit uses b-series mounts. The Evo industries kit uses special custom mounts.
Why on earth didn't you just buy an h22 block to replace the one you had? Sounds pretty backwards.

And I believe the Evo kit has their logo on theirs.
The QSD kit uses all B-series motor mounts, the correct T-bracket for a b-series in that chassis, and all b-series axles. The mount bracket bolted to the driverside H22 block goes with the QSD kit, so all you really need to find is a 3 bolt b series engine bracket.
With the Evo kit, you will need all the b-series mounts and brackets as their kit does not use the original mounting position for the transmission.
yeahh so that kinda screwed me all up just gonna get some innovative mounts.............i got the car for sale or trade rite now on craigslist, i really wana DC teg
