240HP NA B20V 2.2L STOKER, CHEAP job lost sale!

PRICE: 4500 OBO
This is currently my daily driver and toy but I just recently lost my job so I the extra cash would help pay some bills.
b20 block
golden eagle stroker crank
eagle rods
84mm cp stroker pistons 11.5:1
cometic head gasket
golden eagle lsvtec line kit and sandwich plate
gsr head pnp (Dan Paremore Racing)
skunk2 intake mani pnp (Dan Paremore Racing)
skunk2 70mm throttle body
skunk 2 stage 2 cams
skunk2 dual valve springs and retainers
aem cam gears
750 rc injectors
aem fuel rail
hondata intake mani gasket
Gsr transmission (no grinds)
endyne breather kit

Act 6 pluck with lighten flywheel (less than 7K)

Car is on E85!!
Two-three years ago it made over 240 at MAP perfomance here in MN. It is currently sitting on the old base map since the ecu was stolen but I suggest a retune anyways.
Currently on Fat fives and steelies
99-00 conversion
hid retrofit
Tien flex coilovers
ctr replica wing
Issues need to be address
-I suggest getting a retune but if not, it is fine and can still haul *** just running rich.
-Front bumper has rock chips and needs and a crack so could use replacement.
-loose window handle because i lost the clip
-needs alignment
-two header studs are strip
-small paint chip on the quarter panel due to lca broke off and wheel scrape.
-Brakes need to be rebleed....I will do it if I still have the car.
-some cig. burn on the upper cover by the visor.
These are just comestic things that would make the car 100% and I'm a picky person so some of these don't even need to be address.
Will get update picture SOON BUT THESE ARE OLD PICS. DOn't HAVE THE GRIDS ANYMORE.

sorry about your job man.. I'm in the same situation but mine blew up 3 weeks after a rebuild.. getting build AGAIN.. clean hatch man.. gtws and hope you sell it fast
