Sounds like it may be the throw out bearing starting to seize there isn't much grease in those bearings and if the clutch was adjusted wrong leaving the bearing riding the plate they car wear out very quickly.

Did you do a recent clutch adjustment and is and was there any free play in the pedal.

Or it could have just been a bearing that wasn't up to snuff from the beginning.

There is 2 issues for clutch noise.
1.squeak noise whenever depressed clutch pedal.
Normally it is from clutch master cylinder.Ask friend to depress and try to listen noise(engine off).Cause the noise from slave cylinder too. If slave cylinder noise, you need to verify it is from cylinder itself or from pressure plate(called finger plate)
2.vibration when shifts.
It is same theory as brake. Clutch plate is rubbing with flywheel whenever your foot release pedal. Seems worn/warped clutch plate.
If release bearing is defective, no noise when clutch pedal was not depressed.
If input shaft noise, no noise when clutch pedal is depressed.

Mine was doing the same exact thing. There's a service bulletin for the master cylinder. I just had mine replaced, and it's smooth now
