i am having trouble hooking up a after market temp gauge my stock gauge is broke i have wired it to the engine coolant temp sensor and the engine coolant temp sending unit and nothing will work my temp gauge worked fine till i did the engine swap and now it just wont work no matterwhere i hook it up any ideas would like to know and get it done so i can see how hot my car is running thank you

 

Lets break-up that sentence a bit so its easier to understand your problem.

1. Trying to install an aftermarket gauge
2. Stock gauge is broke
3. Engine coolant temp sensor is wired to the engine coolant temp sending unit
4. Everything worked fine until engine swap


Can you please explain a little better? Did you re-wire anything? Also, do you have a mechanical or electrical gauge?
