ok so i changed my intake manifold gasket and now my car wont start, i dont hear my fuel pump kicking on so i hit it with a wrench and still nothing. when i was driving before my delima it would sputter. i was wondering if my fuel pump is bad or what? my car came close to overheating a couple times and i didnt know if that would effect anything.

its a 93 civic vx, d15z1. i plugged it back into the p07 ecu but i was running it on the p28.

please help me honda tech, i need this car on the road again asap

 

what happens when you try and start it?

 

i just changed fuel pump and strainer, it primed once and then didnt want to prime again.

when i try to start it, it just sits there and cranks.

 

Check all your plugs and connections. Something is off....

 

Wait you replace the intake gasket again? I though you got it running already?

 

i put in the wrong gasket. it was making my car overheat.

all my connections are good, just warranty swapped a main relay and the new one you cant hear the fuel pump kick on but on my original mitsuba one you can hear the pump clearly
