Im new to the whole honda thing, but i just got a 91 ef and im having a problem with the tail lights..... then work when the running lights are on but as soon as i turn on the head lights they go out.... any ideas fellas????

 

so no one has had this problem in the past?? can someone tell me where i could find the diagrams for this car??? thanks
