You wouldn't want to make that with a d-series flange would you?

Yeah, no kidding. Boat load of evo guys modding their rides. Is it a big hassle to upgrade the turbo because of tuning issues? Just seems if you are going to replace the manifold, why not go to a 3071 or 35?

No tuning issues, just a ton of options out there for stock frame upgraded turbos. It's pretty much a lot of what I work on.

Manifold looks good

hand finished elbows, or did you buy them that way?

i cant find a supply of pre-finished elbows.... would pick up the output rate 100% if i could get them done in a 180 grit finish.

Thanks guys. The elbows are hand finished by the way. We've been making this manifold for awhile now since a lot of evo owners are sticking with the "lighter" upgrades as far as turbo's go. We designed a GT35R manifold back in 2007 which we still offer but it seems these are more popular amongst the Evo crowd.

Here are some progress pics of our DOC Race Supra being put back together.

I forgot one of the wastegates at the shop so I couldn't take it out for a spin. I'll have some pics of everything put together and in the sun soon

Manifold looks great, how are you forming the weld els to the weird output on the flange? Heat and a hammer?

Actually more like filler rod and porting. Although the ports are awkwardly shaped, the pipes actually fit pretty well without doing a bunch of work.
