Can this hurt my performance?
I have a '97 Civic LX that I just bought. It has a Brospeed muffler on it that sounds good as hell, but I'm not crazy about the size of the pipe and worry about losing back-pressure since I'm already low on torque.
Nothing's been done to the intake, so I can't see how this would help me any. How much does it hurt it?
Is it possible to shave a few inches off the pipe so that it tucks in under the bumper instead of sticking out 3 inches? Has anyone ever done this?
