Im doing convetting my fuel system to stainless and i see that the steel lines that go to the firewall and then the filter there is like fume steel line that goes connected to the charcoal canister with a vacum hose do i need that steel line or i can just cut it and not use the charcoal canister?
The hard line on the firewall is a vent to the tank. if you're going to remove the charcoal canister, you can just leave it as is. It does go all the way back to the tank and can be eliminated, or cut somewhere under the car nearer to the tank, but don't plug it and don't have it vent into the cabin for obvious reasons.
Don't forget to plug the intake manifold vacuum source.

sweeet this helped my question too.
can i run a line from the gas vent back to the throttlebody? or should i just leave it vented to atmosphere?
i pluged the throttle body line for now and it helpd the idle of the car.

If you loop it back to the throttle body you will be sucking in raw gas fumes. This can cause major problems. Just vent it to the atmosphere as stated before...
