cel 15, runs but bogs. help!!!!pic!!!
so i did a obd0-obd1 conversion on my EF sedan it starts right up, but when its at full throttle it bogs, VTEC does kick in but like i said it bogs, this is what I've checked already,.... the blk/yel wire from the distributor, it does have power when i turn the key on. i replaced the distributor ignition control module, i do get cel 14 but i had it before(IACV). i thought it was my TPS but but its good. it ran fine as obd0. vtec kicks at 5200 and the rpms stops at 7400. my firing order is correct.
the parts I'm using and specs of my car:
92-93 GSR B17A1(ran obd0 fine)
obd1 injectors(ran obd0 fine)
obd2 P72 distributor
BN obd0-obd1 jumper harness
obd1 92-93 P61 GSR ecu
88 LX
auto to 5speed
dpfi to mpfi.
so if anyone had this problem before lmk. thanks in advance

update: so last night i swapd my boy s Pr4 ecu and it worked great. but then i swapd a P06 and P75 and did the same thing as my P61. any ideas on what could it be? oh and then we tried the P61 on my boy s EG (b20) and it did the same thing that it did on my sedan.
obd0 PR4, i wasn't using VTEC. ran fine for more than a year. and already have tried 4 different ecu s:
P61
PR4
P06
P75
all obd1's and only the PR4 workd fine, it let me do full throttle with no problems all the way to 7000rpms.

i could see, feel , and hear it. but at 60-70% of throttle. or does it only engage when at full throttle?
2 red wires power (IAB, O2 blk wire) i only used one.
3 black wire ground(SCS, VRM, O2 grn wire) i only used one.
i only use the ones for the o2 sensor. cuz IAB is only for the GSR. SCS is for the service check signal, and dont know what VRM stands for.

No it will fire at a given RPM (all gears) depending on which ecu you are using and of course proper pressure. I would say usually about 5500 rpms. So if you are in second gear at 2400 rpms and go to full throttle position it immediatly bogs? Bogs every time full throttle regardless of rpm or gear? Just for me, verify.. the ecus that did work for you were all nonvtec and the ecus that bogged were vtec. Is that correct?
yeah it bogs at every gear and at every rpm. the knock sensor is a 1 wire with external wire just like the one from the o2 sensor. do i have to ground that external wire? i switchd my tps outer wires and it wasn't responding to the throttle so i think its good. plus i bought it not long ago its a BLOX tps. and it was working fine with the obd0 ecu. it only worked with a non vtec ecu the rev limiter was 7000rpm. i did got the KS cel but haven't checkd it like it is right now with the p75. let me go check.
Ground the knock sensor wire coming from the ecu make sure it contacting metal good not on paint. I had the same issue along time ago and it was the knock sensor wire the whole time.
update: i groundd the knock sensor and rev up perfectly. now just got to wait for my homie to get back from the east side of town so i can go get my P61 from his house.
